ORDERING:
All orders will be sent a square invoice via email 2-3 business days prior to shipment. It will need to clear before shipment can be processed. You may also pay via check. Please put that note in your order.
*NET 30 is only offered on a case by case basis.
This would require a regular ordering schedule which we can discuss.
You must sign an agreement with Winfield Designs, ask for details on this.
Check is the only form of payment offered on NET 30 Accounts
If a NET 30 account is delinquent, privileges may be revoked
*There will be an 18% annual charge on overdue accounts. (1 ½ % monthly)
*Shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. We usually ship Fedex Ground. DHL Freight is an option for pallets only. The cost for shipping can range from 10% - 25%. Larger items like trellises tend to be more in the 30%-35% range. If you can accept palletized freight, please let us know at the time of the order, as this can save you shipping costs in most instances.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We are more than happy to delivery orders locally within Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. There is an order minimum that would need to be fulfilled in order to drive that far. Please inquire if you are interested in a delivery. Washington Delivery is 10% charge, Oregon 15%-20% depending on the distance, Idaho 20%. All others areas are certainly a possibility, please contact us if you would like a quote.

RETURN POLICY:
Please notify us within 24 hours if there has been damage during shipment. We will need proof of damage and package pictures in order to process a claim. Returns will only be accepted for defective workmanship within 30 days of shipment. The return will be processed as a credit towards new product.
