*Shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. We usually ship Fedex Ground or DHL Frieght depending on the items. The cost for shipping can range from 10% - 35%. Larger items like trellises tend to be more in the 30%-35% range. If you can accept palletized freight, please let us know at the time of the order, as this can save you shipping costs in most instances.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We are more than happy to delivery orders locally within Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Please inquire if you are interested in a delivery. Washington Delivery is 10% charge, Oregon 15%-20% depending on the distance, Idaho 20%. All others areas are certainly a possibility, please contact us if you would like a quote.

RETURN POLICY:
Please notify us within 24 hours if there has been damage during shipment. Returns will only be accepted for defective workmanship within 30 days of shipment. The return will be processed as a credit towards new product.
