Some of our items are set up with paypal checkout.  You may also visit our new www.metalgardenart.etsy.com page that we have created at etsy.com .   Normal time frame for an order is 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, please state this information in your message and we can work around the deadline.  Please indicate if you would like the item shipped or if you will be picking it up here at our studio or at a retail show.

If you are inquiring about a wholesale or consignment catalog, please email me with your information so that I can get it to you promptly.   You may also visit the wholesale portion of our website at www.winfielddesigns.net/Wholesale.htm . If you need to obtain a password for this site please email me for the information. Thanks!

If an item is defective in shipment, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will not automatically insure the items we send, it is optional to the purchaser. We are not responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in shipment if it is not insured.

If any item is returned, we will issue a merchandise only credit for the amount of the merchandise minus any shipping and handling charges paid. We do not do cash/credit card refunds. This must be done within 60 days of the date of purchase.

If an item is ordered and it is a "custom" order, our policy is as follows:

Orders  $0-$99      Paid in full at the time of the order.

Orders  $100 - $500     50% down (non-refundable) balance paid on delivery or shipment date.

Orders  $501 +     50% down (of which 25% is non refundable)  25% when items go to powdercoating (if applicable)  balance on delivery
